3-Iodobenzyl-guanidine hemisulphate (CAS 80663-95-2), also known as MIBG-sulphate or metaiodobenzylguanidine sulphate, is a raw material used to produce the radiopharmaceutical Iobenguane (MIBG). Radioiodinated Iobenguane is used to diagnose and treat certain kinds of cancer in the adrenal glands.

Betiatide (CAS 103725-47-9), also known as S-benzoylmercaptoacetyltriglycine or 2-[[2-[[2-[(2-benzoylsulfanylacetyl)amino]acetyl]amino]acetyl]amino] acetic acid. Betiatide is the API in MAG3. In radiopharmaceuticals it is used in the diagnosis of congenital and acquired abnormalities, renal failure, urinary tract obstruction and calculi. Furthermore it is used in providing renal function, split function, renal angiograms and renogram curves for whole kidney and renal cortex.
